Bright Light International Ministries was established by evangelist-pastor, Stephen Soje. Bright Light International Ministries is a registered church and non-profit corporation in Abuja, Nigeria.
This is a construction project of a 1,500 seat church sanctuary structure in the city of Abuja. The importance of this construction project is that this is a vibrant, growing congregation that is in need of a safe structure. Abuja is the capital city of Nigeria, located in the central part of the county, which makes it more accessible to people from different parts of the country. As of the most recent estimates, Abuja’s population is around 4 million people. It is one of the fastest-growing cities in Africa due to migration from other parts of Nigeria.
The existing facilities have suffered damage from previous rainstorms, and the church has continued to serve the community faithfully. Multiple services are conducted in the existing facilities. Evangelism and discipleship are in the DNA of this church, and it is changing the spiritual atmosphere of Abuja. This proposed construction project will exponentially increase their impact in their community, enabling the church to enhance its community impact by expanding outreach to families, widows, youth, and children, and by establishing a Bible school and a church planters training center.
